Royal Caribbean Declares Dividend

MIAMI, Sept. 19 
The Board of Directors of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (NYSE: RCL; Oslo) has declared a quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share for shareholders of record at the close of business on September 29, 2006, payable on October 10, 2006.

This is the 52nd consecutive quarter Royal Caribbean's Board of Directors has voted to declare a dividend to shareholders.
